U9s
Chesterfield U9s took on York City FC in a friendly, battling hard and creating plenty of chances against a strong side.
U10s
Chesterfield U10s dominated the ball for large parts of their game against Brampton, ending the season with lots of positives in a friendly.
U11s
York City U11s had to fight off Chesterfield U11s, as the young Spireites fought hard in the friendly.
U12s
Chesterfield U12s fell short in their attempt to beat York City, ending up on the wrong side of a 3-2 scoreline. Goals from Thompson and Esberger were not enough to overcome their opponents.
Both sides played some exciting football, with lots of positives to take from the game for the Spireites.Â
U13s
Chesterfield were one step away from a cup final, with only Oxford standing in their way. It was not the Spireites’ day, however, as they fell to a 2-0 defeat in the semi-final.
With two tricky wingers on their side, Oxford took their chances and saw themselves through to the final.

U14s
The young Spireites took on York City once again, this time the U14s battling against them in a friendly.
Despite creating plenty of clear-cut chances, York City edged the game 3-2, having ridden the Chesterfield pressure before making their chances count.
U15s
Chesterfield U15s brought home a well-earned draw against a CAT 3 academy side in Burton Albion. The game ended 0-0, following a stalemate between the two teams.
The work rate from the young Spireites was flawless, but the final ball just was not there for either side.
U16s
A Kondolo hat-trick helped seal a convincing 4-1 win over AFC Rochdale, with Pekin adding the fourth on a brilliant day for the Spireites.
Chesterfield controlled the speed of the game against Rochdale, keeping hold of the ball, dictating the flow of the game, and squeezing their opponents to bring home the victory.
