Danny Webb has been named as Chesterfield’s new first-team coach.
Commenting on the appointment, manager James Rowe said: “I am pleased to add Danny to our backroom staff.
“I will be working closely with him to ensure the playing squad continues to develop towards a successful team that the town can be proud of.”
Webb’s coaching career includes spells at Watford and Leyton Orient. The 37-year-old played for various clubs including Southend United, Hull City and Cambridge United.
