Awards were handed out by chief executive John Croot to George Carline and Akwasi Asante before the game against Bromley.
Carline received his Player of the Year trophy while Asante was recognised for his superb solo effort in the game at home to Barnet, which was chosen as the Goal of the Season.
The results of both awards were decided in an online vote.
