At the board’s AGM, held yesterday, it was agreed that Mike Goodwin will continue in the role of chairman for the next three years, with Martin Thacker as vice-chairman.
The other board members remain in place, namely Jane Cooper, Dave Simmonds, Dr Paul Stankard and Terry Ward.
