Janoi Donacien has signed a new contract with the club until the end of the season.
The defender joined the Spireites back in January, following his departure from Ipswich Town.
He made seven appearances for Paul Cook’s side before suffering a season-ending injury in March.
The 31-year-old has since completed his rehabilitation and appeared in a couple of recent training matches.
Speaking on his new deal, Donacien said: “I’m delighted to have signed my new contact and I’m thankful to the club for their faith in me.
“I can’t wait to get back on the grass, get back in front of our supporters and show what I can do.”
