Bailey Hobson has joined National League outfit Barnet on an initial 28-day loan.
Commenting on the need for young players to gain valuable experience of first-team football, manager Paul Cook said: “Playing football and getting minutes is so important. If we can get those minutes now, it’s something that we will look at in a positive way.
“Bailey, no different to other lads in the squad, never ever lets us down. He’s doing great and still very young and he’s going to have a really good football career.”
Hobson joined the Spireites in 2023 after leaving Alfreton Town. The 22-year-old has made five appearances in all competitions already this season.
