Watford
What kit will we be in?
The lads will be in all-blue for this fixture.
Ticket information:
All away tickets have sold out for this fixture. The boys will be backed by around 4,000 Spireites! Please do not travel without a ticket.
True Blue Travel information:
All True Blue Travel coaches have sold-out. Coaches depart the SMH Group Stadium at 11am. Please arrive in plenty of time so you can get on the correct coach (your designated coach number will be printed on your travel ticket). NOTE 11am is the departure time – it could say a different time on your ticket.
How do I get to the ground?
The address for the ground is Vicarage Road, Watford, WD18 0ER
Parking information:
Parking spaces can be booked with Watford’s official parking partner via this link: https://watfordfcparking.co.uk/football/events/jan-24/watford-vs-chesterfield
Alternatively, other parking options are available via the YourParkingSpace app/website.
Which stand are we in?
Away fans will be housed in the Vicarage Road stand.
Pubs for away fans:
A few minutes’ walk from the away turnstiles is the Oddfellows on Fearnley Road. It appears this pub does allow away fans. Failing that, the ground is within walking distance of the town centre, where along the High Street you will find a few pubs along with several eating outlets including a large Wetherspoons outlet called the Moon Under Water.
Information for supporters travelling via train:
The nearest railway station is Watford High Street, a ten-minute walk away from the Vicarage Road ground. However, you are likely to come into Watford Junction Railway Station, which is about a 20-minute walk. Either get a train to Watford High Street from Watford Junction or if you have time to walk to the ground, which is around 1.5 miles away / 25-30 minutes’ walk from the stadium.
Food and drink in the ground:
Alcohol is NOT available inside the ground. Hot and soft drinks are available along with the usual food offering of pies among other things.
Can I get a programme?
Programmes will be available on the day, priced at £3.
