Spireites manager Paul Cook has been nominated for the Sky Bet League Two Manager of the Month Award for April.
During the month, Cook led his side to five wins in seven games, picking up 17 points out of a possible 21, ending in a 2-1 win over Swindon Town on the final day of the season to set up a play-off semi-final against Notts County.
