Spireites manager Paul Cook has been nominated for the Sky Bet League Two Manager of the Month Award for April.
During the month, Cook led his side to four wins in six games, picking up 14 points out of a possible 18. This was followed top with a 2-1 win over Swindon Town on the final day of the season on Saturday, May 2, to set up a play-off semi-final against Notts County.
