The Spireites will take on newly-promoted Sheffield Wednesday at home on Tuesday, July 11 (7pm) in a testimonial match for Drew Talbot.
Tickets for the match will cost £10 for adults and £5 for concessions.
A hospitality package featuring a two-course meal will also be available.
