The Spireites will face Burton Albion at the SMH Group Stadium as part of the build-up to the new season.
The game will be played on Tuesday, July 8 (7pm). Ticket details will be announced in due course.
A home fixture against Sheffield United on Saturday, July 26 (3pm) was previously announced, together with the annual fixture at Matlock Town on Saturday, July 5 (3pm).
