Assistant-manager Danny Webb gave his thoughts ahead of the fixture at home to Maidstone United.
Speaking to the media, he said: “It’s very pleasing to have third back in our own hands. It’s the ups and downs in football.
“You need a little bit of luck sometimes and the other night we got that from Halifax.
“We just need to keep our end of the bargain on Saturday.
“What we can’t do tomorrow is have a repeat of the performance at Bromley, tomorrow against Maidstone.
“We got a little bit of a kick on Saturday and we need to show our quality again.”
Webb also gave an update on the fitness of Armando Dobra.
“Armando Dobra is back thinking and will be available for selection tomorrow,” he said.
“We didn’t want to risk him on the Astro at Bromley, it wasn’t the right thing to do.
“He’s trained for over a week now and we’re excited to have him back.”
Finally, he touched on the league position and tomorrow’s opponents.
He said: “We are third for a reason and the table doesn’t lie.
“We’ve got to go and show everybody what we are about. We have to start on the front foot.
“Maidstone will be looking to finish the season with a massive shock.
“Football can bring all sorts of surprises – we can’t be complacent. We want to give supporters something to shout about from minute one.”
