Kairo Mitchell

Mitchell was signed from National League rivals King’s Lynn Town in April for an undisclosed fee. He began his career at Leicester City and had stints at Nuneaton Borough, Coalville Town and Dartford before joining King’s Lynn last October. Mitchell is a Grenada international who has scored two goals in 11 appearances for his country.
Calvin Miller

Chesterfield secured Miller’s signature recently, beating off competition from other clubs to sign him. The 23-year-old Scot, who started his career at Celtic, played against Chesterfield for Notts County in the play-offs at the end of last season. He had been on loan at Notts from Harrogate.
Saidou Khan

Khan agreed to sign for the Spireites last week on a two-year contract. He is no stranger to the National League, having ended last season on loan at Dagenham & Redbridge from Maidstone United.
Manny Oyeleke

Oyeleke joined the Spireites from Port Vale in April for an undisclosed fee. He was with Chelsea and Queen Park Rangers as a youngster. Oyeleke made his breakthrough at Brentford and had spells at Exeter City and Aldershot before signing for Vale in the summer of 2018.
Jack Clarke

Clarke joined the Spireites on loan from Aston Villa in January. The young midfielder started out with Villa’s Under-9s and had a spell on loan at Yeovil Town earlier in the season. He was signed permanently this summer after coming to the end of his contract at Villa.
Jak McCourt

McCourt played for the likes of Port Vale, Northampton Town and Barnsley before joining the Spireites in 2017. Following relegation from the Football League in 2018, he left the club and went on to play for Swindon Town and Macclesfield Town. The central midfielder rejoined the Spireites as a free agent in December.

The central defender joined Chesterfield after helping Hereford reach the FA Trophy final at Wembley at the end of last season. The 30-year-old’s former clubs include Ebbsfleet United, Macclesfield Town, Cheltenham Town and Dover Athletic.
