Will my season ticket card from last season be automatically renewed?
It will if you have the same seat as last season and your category has not changed. If you have moved to a new seat or your category has changed, you will need to visit the stadium reception during office hours to secure a new card.
When do tickets go on sale for a home matchday?
Tickets go on sale on the club website and at the ticket office two weeks before matchday.
When do tickets go off sale?
Tickets go off sale on the website an hour before kick-off but are still available to buy at the ticket office/Club Superstore until kick-off.
When is the Club Superstore open?
The Club Superstore is open:
Monday 10am – 5pm
Tuesday 10am – 5pm
Wednesday Closed
Thursday 10am – 5pm
Friday 10am – 5pm
Saturday Closed
Saturday Matchday 9am – 3pm
Sunday Closed
Where can I buy a matchday programme?
Programmes can be bought in the Club Superstore and from official vendors around the ground. Subject to availability, programmes can be bought from the Club Superstore in the following days.
When do turnstiles open on a matchday?
The turnstiles open an hour and a half before kick-off.
Can I pay by cash?
Cash and credit/debit cards are accepted in the Club Superstore and in the hospitality areas. A cashless system has been introduced on the concourses.
If I spot an incident at the ground, who do I report to?
If you spot an incident inside or outside the ground, please report to your nearest steward.
Where can I collect my spire lotto winnings?
You can collect your winnings from the club shop/reception, open hours Mon-Fri (9:30am-4:30pm) if unable to collect from the stadium please contact [email protected] to arrange a bank transfer.
I can’t login to my account and the password reset function won’t work.
Please email the ticket office on [email protected] and they will be able to assist you with getting back into your account. Please do not create another account if you have one already or have an existing Season Ticket.
I’m buying tickets and it says tickets owned by client exceeds limitations
This happens because everyone who buys a ticket must be registered on our system, when logged into your account you can add additional people to your account. Click here to do this. You will then need to assign each ticket to the client on checkout.
How will I receive my tickets?
You can either have your tickets as a Print At Home, Mobile ticket, or printed at the stadium but be aware there is a £2 premium for this option. You will be prompted on checkout for your options.
When will I receive my season ticket card?
Season ticket renewals will be added to existing cards used for the previous season. If your season ticket is brand new, a seat move or a change of price category you will be issued with a season ticket card, it will be announced on the clubs social media channels when these are ready for collection.
I am a season ticket holder, and I can’t buy away tickets online?
