Assistant manager Danny Webb spoke with the media ahead of the Emirates FA Cup qualifier at home to Kettering Town.
Talking about team news ahead of the fixture, he said: “Pretty much everyone is fit and ready to go.
“We’re still doing really well in that, department touch wood, it’s fantastic to see.
“We’ve got plenty of fit players and our squad is full of quality. We’re looking to put out a strong team tomorrow, for sure.
“Ryan [Boot] has been patient and waited for his chance; yes, it’s a possibility that he plays tomorrow. He’ll be ready to step in and play if called upon.
“The only problem we do have is Joe [Quigley]. His ankle is still sore and swollen – he most likely won’t be risked or involved tomorrow.”
Webb then touched on the excitement of the FA Cup and the fixture.
“Kettering are a serious team, they can cause problems,” he said. “I’m really looking forward to the game and the FA Cup just never gets old, does it?
“The buzz of the FA Cup and its fixtures just get you going. It’s a competition we all love to be involved in and play in.
“Yes, the league is our absolute priority this season but the FA Cup follows closely behind that.
“You always want to achieve in the FA Cup and the club have been rewarded in recent years with big ties after doing well and we’ll be looking for more of the same.”
Finally, Webb talked about the fantastic home support, saying: “I believe there’s over 4,000 tickets sold for tomorrow’s game which, when you think about it, is incredible.
“The home support this year really had been incredible and we’re all taken back with how good the support has been.
“It makes home games really enjoyable and it also helps us massively. To get that many home fans for a qualifier is great – it should be another fantastic atmosphere.”
