Chesterfield FC Women recorded an emphatic victory on the road on Sunday afternoon, winning 5-1 at Farsley Celtic.
Manager Andrea Parkinson made two changes to the starting line-up with Clarkson and Stafford coming in to replace Watkinson and Townsend, who missed out due to illness and injury respectively.
It was a scrappy start to the game with neither team able to establish a foot-hold. The Spireites managed to get the first goal through Graham, who did well down the right and scored from a tight angle.
Farsley forced an equaliser which came from a well-struck shot on the edge of the area.
The Spireites reacted well and quickly restored their the lead with a goal from Foster to go 2-1 up at the interval.
Chesterfield were awarded a penalty after Pinkney was brought down inside the box after winning the ball high. Foster slotted home from the spot for her second goal of the game.
The Spireites dominated for the majority of the second half with excellent passages of play and pin-point distribution from Carroll.
Foster completed her hat-trick to make the score 4-1 with a great goal from inside the area.
The Spireites tested the Farsley keeper, forcing her to make some great saves.
Butterworth claimed the final goal of the afternoon with a chip over the keeper from inside the box.
Joint Player of the Match awards went to Harrison and Clarkson.
