The AGM of CFC 2001 Ltd will be held in the SBK Spires Restaurant on Friday, April 4, at 7.30pm.
It is expected that the annual accounts for the year ending 30 June 2024 will be approved by directors in the next few days. These and other paperwork will be sent to all Chesterfield FC shareholders before the meeting.
Questions around the accounts and other business can be asked at the meeting.
There will also be resolutions concerning short-term investment by means of a share issue.
