Chesterfield secured their passage thanks to Lee Bonis’ second-half penalty against Stevenage on Saturday.
The 40 winners from round one will move on to be in with a chance of joining Premier League and Championship clubs in the third round.
The draw will be available to watch from approximately 6:45pm on Monday night, ahead of the Tamworth v Leyton Orient fixture, live on TNT Sports 1, discovery+ and the TNT Sports YouTube channel.
