Lee Bonis has been nominated for the Sky Bet League Two Player of the Month award for December.
The 26-year-old is in the frame for the award after scoring four goals in five league games during the month. He has already been named the PFA League Two Player of the Month.
Hard-working and a poacher in the box, he opened the scoring in wins over Barnet, Shrewsbury Town and Notts County.
Bonis is competing with Oldham Athletic striker Michael Mellon, Bromley’s Idris Odutayo and Benn Ward of Accrington Stanley for the award.
The winner will be announced on Friday.
