Ronan Darcy has returned to Wigan Athletic after being recalled by his parent club from his loan spell with the Spireites.
During his time at the SMH Group Stadium, the midfielder made 31 appearances and scored three goals.
Commenting on the decision, Gary Roberts said: “I want to thank Ronan. It’s been a successful loan for us, he’s done well.
“We’ve got a lot of players coming back in them areas of the pitch. Ronan wants to play games and that’s why he came here on loan.”
The club would like to thank Ronan for his contributions during his loan spell and wish him the best for the future.
