After last week’s announcement that Danny Anisjko had signed for the club on a permanent basis following a successful trial period, the winger his delight at the move in his first interview with the Spireites, saying that “it feels amazing” to join the club.
After finding his first few weeks at the club “great and so welcoming,” he went on to describe his experiences during pre-season as hugely positive.
“It’s been amazing,” Anisjko added. “All the games, especially the one at home with all the fans, it was a surreal moment for me even though it was a pre-season friendly. It was great to see everyone out and supporting, it was really good.”
When asked about his ambitions for the 26/27 season with the club, Danny said: “I want to work hard and make sure the fans are happy.
“My main aim is to get results – that’s all I want to do.”
