Structure & Purpose of Role


Oversee the implementation and evolution of the club’s women’s football strategy with monitoring progress. Lead, drive and optimise the strategic development of women’s football in various aspects such as participation growth, performance, competitions, club and league development, coach education, commercially, regulatory framework and governance, social impact, professionalism providing leadership.
 
Core Responsibilities
 
o Develop new concepts and create effective and efficient programmes.
o Set up the women’s football division and manage the team.
o Drive cooperation and partnerships with internal and external parties to benefit the growth of women’s football.
o Overseeing The ETC Girls Programme.
o Overseeing The U15/U16 Women’s Teams.
o Contribute to the clubs overall strategic objectives and transformation relative to the women’s pathway.
 
Any other duties as required by the football club within the reasonable demands of the role.

Qualifications
o UEFA A Licence. (Desirable)
o Degree in a relevant discipline.
o 10 years+ experience in various capacities in football organisations, ideally in football administration and development. (Desirable)
o In depth knowledge of football ecosystem, regulatory framework, and development mechanisms. 
o Experience with governmental and/or business partners as well as with non-governmental organisations. 
o Playing, coaching and/or refereeing experience an asset.
o Analytical skills.
o Strong sense of accountability, responsibility, and integrity.
o Team player with outstanding communicational skills and ability to work under pressure
Committed to ongoing annual CPD to maintain licence
DBS, First Aid, and FA Safeguarding Certificate
