The flag of Derbyshire is now proudly flying at the Technique Stadium, close to the entrance to the car park.
Commenting on the new addition to the stadium footprint, chief executive John Croot said: “We are proud of our standing in the county as a football club at the heart of the community.
“Much work has been done by Marketing Peak District & Derbyshire to promote the area nationally and internationally to develop the visitor economy, which we are keen to support.
“The Derbyshire flag is flying at other prominent sites in the county, such as Chatsworth House and we are pleased to follow suit.
“I would like to thank Bill Thorne from KMC Ltd, suppliers of health and beauty products to high street retailers, who provided the flag and PK Electrical Ltd’s Paul Leverton, who supplied and installed the flagpole. Their valued help and support is very much appreciated.”
