Chelsea Football Club (the “Club”) has introduced safe standing areas for domestic fixtures to help keep supporters safe while watching the match.

All supporters wishing to attend domestic fixtures in safe standing areas are required to comply with this Code of Conduct.

This Code of Conduct does not replace any other ground rules and is subject to the Club’s Season Teamcard, Membership and Match Ticket Conditions of Issue (the “Conditions of Issue”).

Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may lead to you being removed from the ground and being subject to sanction under the Conditions of Issue.

When attending the match in safe standing areas, please:

  1. Be respectful towards staff, stewards, and other fans at all times.
  2. Behave appropriately in the stand – anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.
  3. Don’t stand on the rails or seat. This safe standing area is here to keep you and other fans safe.
  4. Unless needing to use facilities, don’t move around in the safe standing area – your ticket is for your space only.
  5. Don’t stand in the gangways or on the steps to watch the match – these are for accessing and leaving your seat only.

Thank you for your support and co-operation.
