Information/Code of Conduct for Chelsea fixture

The following information/Code of Conduct has been provided by Chelsea ahead of the Emirates FA Cup third round tie at Stamford Bridge on Saturday, January 8 (5.30pm)…

Safe Standing 

The entire away section is designated a safe standing area and supporters will have an allocated position that they must occupy. Supporters in the safe standing area are required to comply with the Chelsea FC Supporter Code of Conduct, a copy of which is available at www.chelseafc.com/tickets/conditionsofissue 

Stadium COVID- 19 Measures 

All supporters/visitors will need to have had two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine (with the second date not less than two weeks from the above fixture date) or provide proof of a Lateral Flow (LFT) COVID Test carried out within 48 hours of the fixture kicking off. This will be checked upon entry. 

All supporters/visitors will be required to wear face coverings/ masks in all indoor areas of the Stadium, including the concourses, except when they are eating or drinking. Face coverings/masks are not required when seated or walking outside the Stadium. 

Bag Policy 

No bags larger than A4 will be permitted into the stadium. This equates to 30cm x 20cm x 10cm, about the size of a standard handbag 

Please note that due to a lack of space, baggage deposit facilities will not be available, so supporters are strongly advised not to take any bags to Stamford Bridge. 

Concession Tickets 

Concession tickets are available for juniors under 20 and senior citizens aged 65 or over. 

CHELSEA FC – SUPPORTER CODE OF CONDUCT – SAFE STANDING AREAS 

Chelsea Football Club (the “Club”) has introduced safe standing areas for domestic fixtures to help keep supporters safe while watching the match. 

All supporters wishing to attend domestic fixtures in safe standing areas are required to comply with this Code of Conduct. 

This Code of Conduct does not replace any other ground rules and is subject to the Club’s Season Teamcard, Membership and Match Ticket Conditions of Issue (the “Conditions of Issue”). 

Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may lead to you being removed from the ground and being subject to sanction under the Conditions of Issue. 

When attending the match in safe standing areas, please: 

  1. Be respectful towards staff, stewards, and other fans at all times.
  2. Behave appropriately in the stand – anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated. 
  3. Don’t stand on the rails or seat. This safe standing area is here to keep you and other fans safe. 
  4. Unless needing to use facilities, don’t move around in the safe standing area – your ticket is for your space only. 
  5. Don’t stand in the gangways or on the steps to watch the match – these are for accessing and leaving your seat only.
