New shares now available for purchase

Following the share issue to capitalise the football club debt, the Community Trust is making some of the new shares available for purchase.

This means fans of the football club or anyone who wishes to support the Trust can buy shares in CFC 2001 Ltd with the money going to the Trust. Any money raised will be used by the Trust on football-related projects, including some of the capital projects.

CFC 2001 Ltd is the company name of Chesterfield Football Club. Every purchase of shares will come with a share certificate showing that a named individual is a shareholder of Chesterfield Football Club. The share certificate will come in a frame with the company seal being the original Chesterfield Football Club Ltd. This makes a purchase an ideal gift for any Spireite.

Most will realise that investing in a football club doesn’t mean a return on your purchase. However, any new shareholders in Chesterfield FC will know that their money goes towards the work of the charity. Of course, all shareholders have the knowledge that they are partial owners of their club, and they can attend club meetings.

Please fill in the form available to download below to purchase shares for you or others. There is a minimum purchase of 250 £1 shares. Payment should be by BACS payment to the Community Trust.
