Martin Thacker, co vice-chairman of Chesterfield, is looking forward to his new role as a member of the National League board.
After being elected at yesterday’s National League AGM, he said: “I am grateful to clubs in the National League who voted for me.
“I look forward to playing my part in working towards better support for football clubs in a post-pandemic world.
“I will work hard in the interests of all clubs represented by the League.”
