Survey for disabled sports fans

Level Playing Field is a national charity whose aim is to remove barriers for disabled sports fans.

Each year, the charity carries out a survey of disabled sports fans to help provide a clearer understanding of their experiences and help clubs to provide better support.

The survey asks questions about attending sport generally and about returning to watch live sport.  There are also questions specifically about the team you support.

We would be grateful if Chesterfield fans could take part in order to help us to improve our accessibility and to provide information for Level Playing Field.

If you are a Spireites fan who is deaf or has hearing loss, is blind or has sight loss, is a wheelchair user or has mobility impairment, has autism, dementia or is living with mental health needs, we would be grateful if you could take part.

Your views will help us to improve accessibility at the club as well as providing information for Level Playing Field.
