Highlights of the game will also be posted to our YouTube Channel.
After failing to score a goal on Saturday, James Rowe could look to change his front line and bring in Stefan Payne or Nathan Tyson. Kabongo Tshimanga and Danny Rowe, however, will be hoping to keep their places, while Payne and Tyson will be knocking on the gaffer’s door for a starting place.
Curtis Weston, who dropped to the bench on Saturday against Dover, will be looking to come back into the starting XI after making an impact from the bench.
Laurence Maguire is “struggling” according to the manager and could be set to miss the fixture; Jamie Grimes is likely to come into the starting XI if Maguire is unable to start.
Scott Loach looks set to keep his place between the sticks, after keeping four clean sheets in five matches.

On Barnet
Barnet were formed over 133 years ago, back in 1888. Barnet were first promoted to the Football League in 1991 and since then they have spent several years floating between the National League and League Two. They were relegated back to the National League in 2018, alongside the Spireites, and are yet to regain promotion to the Football League.
Barnet will be hoping for a better campaign than their last, after finishing bottom of the table in the 2020/21 season. The COVID-19 pandemic suspended the National League North/South, which meant there were no relegation spots from the National League, meaning Barnet would retain their status in the fifth tier of English football for another year.
One to watch
Joe Widdowson is a 32-year-old central defender, who has spent lots of time in the English Football League, before once again dropping down to the National League to play for Barnet. He started his career at West Ham United, and over his career has made over 400 competitive appearances for a variety of different clubs, including Northampton Town, Grimsby Town and Leyton Orient.
The Spireites’ last three: (W/D/D)
Won – King’s Lynn 0-2 Chesterfield – National League
Drew – Chesterfield 2-2 Bromley – National League
Drew – Dover Athletic 0-0 Chesterfield – National League
The Bees’ last three: (L/L/D)
Lost – Barnet 0-2 Dagenham & Redbridge – National League
Lost – Grimsby 4-3 Barnet – National League
Drew – Barnet 1-1 Eastleigh – National League
The last time Chesterfield faced Barnet, the Spireites clinched victory at The Hive, after goals from Adi Yussuf and Tom Whelan sealed all three points for the Blues.
Chesterfield have faced Barnet a total of 20 times, winning nine, drawing three and losing eight.
