Jeff King and Calvin Miller will be hoping to keep their places in the side, while Alex Whittle will also be pushing for his place in the starting XI.

Joe Quigley was on the bench last time out and made an impact when he came on to the pitch against Southend United and he will be hoping he did enough to earn his place in the side.

Manny Oyeleke is nearing a return, but is still a doubt for this fixture.

Tom Denton, who was left out against Southend due to a sore knee, will be assessed ahead of the fixture.

Boreham Wood are an established National League side who have dreams of competing in the Football League. They are managed by Luke Garrard, who made over 150 appearances for the club as a player, before being appointed as manager back in 2015. 

They famously drew Everton in the fifth round of the FA Cup this season, after beating Bournemouth away from home in the fourth round. They lost 2-0, but it was a day for the club to remember. 

This season Boreham Wood will be hoping they can win promotion from the National League for the first time in their history. 

One to watch

Scott Boden is a renowned goalscorer in the National League. The striker is of course no stranger to Chesterfield, having made over 160 appearances for the Spireites.
