Season ticket information

A reminder that season tickets will go on sale online at 9.30am tomorrow (Thursday).

They will be available online only for seven days. After this period, they will be available to purchase online and in person, with the option to pay in instalments.

Existing season ticket holders, who will already have an account on the new portal linked to their current seat, will receive an email which explains the process for purchasing season tickets.

Those currently without a season ticket – even if they had an account on the old system – will have to register on the new portal by clicking on the following link: https://www.eticketing.co.uk/chesterfieldfc

Please note that supporters who have accompanying carers/personal assistants will not be able to buy online.

As part of the new portal, we want to allow supporters with disabilities to buy online. We will be speaking to all those in this position to make sure our new system works and to renew these carer arrangements.

Any new season tickets for those needing personal assistants will be sold as a pair in the name of the supporter with the disability.

Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied to matches. This means any children aged 13 and under must have an adult with them regardless of disability. This means personal assistant tickets will not be routinely issued for younger children.

Any questions around access or reasonable adjustments can be directed to Peter Whiteley the disability liaison officer.

The Early Bird discount prices apply until April 30. Existing season ticket holders until then to claim their current seats.
