The Annual General Meeting of Chesterfield Football Club will be held on Wednesday, March 13 at 7.30pm.
This meeting of CFC 2001 Ltd will be open to all shareholders and will take place in the SBK Spires Restaurant at the SMH Group Stadium.
Full details of expected business will be circulated within the next week with papers, including the annual accounts, being sent by post prior to the meeting.
Once the papers have been posted, electronic versions will be available. If shareholders do not wish to be sent paperwork by post, please email the company secretary.
