Colchester United
What kit will we be in?
The new grey third kit will make its first appearance.
Ticket information:
Tickets can be purchased here: https://tickets.colchesterunited.net/Tickets/BuyTickets/SeatSelection/34836?away=true
If last season is anything to go by, tickets will be available on the day from the self-service machines in Colchester’s club shop.
True Blue Travel:
The True Blue bus is full. The coach will depart from the HUB at 9am.
Getting to the ground:
Postcode for the ground is CO4 5UP
The stadium is located alongside the A12 at Junction 28.
Parking information:
Spaces are available at the ground, £7.50 per car: https://tickets.colchesterunited.net/Tickets/Parking/Select/34837
Another option is Colchester Park and Ride on Cuckoo Farm Way off junction 28 of the A12 (CO4 5JA), a five-minute walk away.
Which stand are we in?
Away fans are housed in the north stand at one end of the ground – seating is un-allocated.
Public transport information:
The nearest train station is the Colchester North Station or you have Colchester Station. This is a good 40-minute walk away, and it can apparently sometimes be difficult trying to get a taxi so book in advance where possible if you are unable to do the walk.
Pubs for away fans:
The Dog & Pheasant on Nayland Road (CO4 5EG), which also serves food, is about a ten-minute walk away from the stadium. There is a bar at the ground that away fans are welcome to use, which is cashless.
Food & drink in the ground:
The away end will be serving alcohol as well as the usual food and drink items. The stadium is cashless.
Flag policy:
Flags are allowed as long as they have the correct labelling.
Is a programme available?
Colchester no longer produce a printed programme. A digital version will be emailed to the email address your match ticket was sent to.
