Season ticket renewal guide

The following guide has been put together to help anyone who is interested in purchasing a season ticket for the 2023/24 campaign:

Existing Season Ticket Holders

For people who are paying in full, the easiest means is to do it online. If you are renewing a season ticket, then your seat will be in the ‘renew season ticket’ tab when you login. You can also choose any other seat that is available, and your early bird discount will be applied.

We are also offering the option to pay by instalments. For those who are renewing in the same seat, you can do this by setting up a four-month standing order from your bank. The club will need to receive the first payment of at least a quarter of the price by April 27. Please use your customer number and surname as the reference for the payment.

The payment can be made to CFC 2001 Ltd, Sort Code 20-20-68, Account Number 13537676.

Once you have set up your standing order, please email the ticket office at tickets@chesterfield-fc.co.uk with your name, customer ID number and payment reference number and we will confirm your standing order payment has been received.

Please note this method is only available for those wishing to renew individual season tickets. For those wanting to set up a standing order for multiple season tickets, please call the club on 01246 269300 (option 1).

Existing season ticket holders renewing the same seat will use the same cards as the current season and do not need to do anything else. If you have moved seat or changed age category, you will need a new card. The club will announce when these are ready to collect in the summer.

New season ticket holders

New season ticket purchasers need to login to their Chesterfield FC ticket account and select any available seat.

If you do not already have a ticket account, please register for an account before purchasing your season ticket(s).

As per existing season ticket holders, you have the option to pay in full or pay in instalments. If you want to set up a standing order for single or multiple season tickets, please call the club on 01246 269300 (option 1).

Will the early bird deadline be extended?

Season tickets are on sale at the early bird price until April 27. This deadline WILL NOT be extended. They will then be taken off sale until after the National League play-offs when we will announce ticket details for general sale. Prices will increase for general sale and these prices will be dependent on which league the club plays in for the 23/24 season. The option to pay in instalments will still be available for general sale, but all of the money will need to be received by the end of July 2023.

Can I move seat?

Existing season ticket holders may select their own seat or choose to move to any available seat. New season ticket holders can select any available seat.

Seats that have not been bought at the end of the Early Bird window, including those not renewed by existing season ticket holders, will be released on general sale.

There may be the possibility of changing your seat after the end of the Early Bird window. If you wish to change your seat, please email the club at tickets@chesterfield-fc.co.uk with your request and we will do our best to accommodate seat change requests. Priority for seat moves will be given to existing season tickets holders.
