The Spireites squad is running thin on numbers, as the injury crisis continues for Paul Cook. The gaffer will have some tough decisions to make ahead of the big fixture.
Nathan Tyson has returned from his loan at Alfreton Town. The striker picked up an injury in his time there but has since returned to running back at Chesterfield. The 39-year-old is unlikely to feature in the fixture but will be hoping for a return to the side as soon as possible.
Jim Kellermann scored the winner last time out and the midfielder will be hoping for more of the same against local rivals Notts County. Fellow midfielder Manny Oyeleke won’t feature as he still battles with his calf injury.
Meanwhile, Gaving Gunning has recently returned to training after a shin injury, which has kept him out of the side since the FA Cup clash with Chelsea. The defender will be hoping he can make a return to the side in the coming weeks.

On Notts County
Notts County are undoubtedly one of the biggest clubs in the non-league pyramid. They are also one of the oldest clubs in world football, being founded in 1862. Italian football club Juventus derived its famous black-and-white striped kits from Notts County.
The club spent many years in the English Football League, winning various honours, including the FA Cup in 1894. Notts have endured years of success until recent years. On May 4, 2019, following a 3–1 defeat away at Swindon Town, County were relegated from the English Football League for the first time in their 157-year history.
Notts County currently sit in seventh position and this season they will be hoping to regain their Football League status by winning promotion from the National League.
