Advice for protection in hot weather

With soaring temperatures expected on Saturday, supporters attending the match against Aldershot Town are reminded of the need to take various measures to protect their health.

It is important to stay hydrated and protection from the sun is also strongly advised. Exposure to the sun increases the risk of skin cancer so sunscreen should be applied and the use of sunglasses and headwear is recommended.

Take a look at the advice regarding sun safety provided by the NHS:

Chester has invited Frederick’s Ice Cream to attend the match, so that cooling ice creams and lollies can be purchased!

One ice cream van will be at the south-west corner of the stadium and another will be at the south-east corner.
