Supporters will be encouraged to join in with a round of applause after 25 minutes in Saturday’s game against Dagenham & Redbridge, in memory of former Spireites player Jordan Sinnott, who tragically lost his life two years ago. An image of Jordan will also be displayed on the big screen.
The matchday collection will be in aid of a newly formed charity called the Jordan Sinnott Foundation Trust. The aim of the organisation is to support vulnerable and under privileged children and young adults to access healthy recreation and ensure that they have the opportunity to fulfil their potential and enjoy the life changing benefits that comes from sport.
Members of Jordan’s family will be in attendance at the match.
