Curtis Weston has signed a new contract which will tie him to the club until the summer of next year.
After penning his new deal, the 34-year-old midfielder said: “I’m absolutely delighted to have signed a new deal with the club and very much looking forward to working hard to get the club back in the Football League, where we belong.”
The news was revealed exclusively in the latest We Are Sailing official club podcast, with chairman Mike Goodwin saying that Weston will also take on an ambassadorial role with the Community Trust.
Mike commented: “The work that Curtis Weston has done with the Trust has been amazing so far. He’s a great ambassador for the club and a supporter of what we do in the community.”
