Voluntary clerical support to be responsible for the delivery of quality administration at the club is required.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a competent and highly motivated individual to join our developing team. The club will be looking to initially recruit a part-time administrator for a period of three months. The position allows considerable flexibility, and more than one person might be engaged. The scope and position of the role will be reviewed in the summer.
Volunteers are extremely valuable in supporting our club to undertake its work and we provide a great opportunity for people to gain experience within the football environment.
The main duties will involve implementing and maintaining operational plans, policies and processes while ensuring compliance with relevant national policy and legislation.
It is also hoped that the volunteers will take and produce minutes of meetings for the senior management and working groups to provide a consistent recording.
The successful candidate will have good organisation, planning skills and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of safeguarding policies is also desirable.
This is a newly created role and you will need to have excellent communication skills, as well as experience of engaging and working with a range of people.
To apply for the position, please a CV and covering letter, detailing how you meet the criteria for the role. Please email your completed application to [email protected]
