The AGM of CFC 2001 Ltd, the company name of the football club, was held on Monday.
Directors Mike Goodwin, Andy Fantom, Paul Stankard, Dave Simmonds and Terry Ward as well as Phil Kirk, who is expected to join the board, were available to answer questions. Howard Freeman and Ian Robinson from Shorts Chartered Accountants were also present along with another 122 shareholders and guests.
As part of the proceedings the annual accounts for the 2021/22 financial year were received and accepted as a true account.
A series of resolutions concerning the new share issue and changes to the company’s Articles of Association were put to the meeting with a unanimous vote in favour of them. However with the short timescales in preparing the new Articles, shareholders can still express a vote on the resolutions or ask questions until 12pm on Friday, March 24.
