Printed cards will be placed on every seat in the stadium for Saturday’s final game of the season, against Maidenhead United.
There will be sections containing blue cards and other sections with white cards and supporters will be asked to hold them up as the players come out of the tunnel before kick-off.
Stadium announcer Howard Borrell will announce when the cards should be held up.
With a message from Paul Cook on the reverse, supporters are encouraged to keep the cards as a memento.
