Paul Cook is among the nominees for the Sky Bet League Manager of the Month award.
The Spireites picked up four wins last month, including triumphs away at Salford, Notts County and Barrow, as they secured 13 points.
The other nominees are Danny Cowley (Colchester United), Andy Crosby (Tranmere Rovers) and Barrow’s Andy Whing.
Former Chesterfield player and manager Danny Wilson is on the judging panel with Sky Sports’ EFL expert Don Goodman and Sky Bet EFL trader Ivor Davies.
The winner will be announced on Friday.
