The AGM of CFC 2001 Ltd will be held at the SMH Group Stadium at 11am on Thursday, February 26.
The meeting is open to all the 1,666 registered shareholders of the club.
Although the annual accounts can be agreed by directors before the AGM, this date gives the opportunity for observations and questions prior to the accounts being approved; the scheduled time of the meeting enables the owner, Sharon Kirk, to be present.
The papers, including the accounts, will be sent to shareholders’ addresses in the next few days.
As the meeting is in the daytime, it will be followed by the bi-annual Fans’ Forum that will be an evening event. Sharon Kirk will also attend that forum to answer questions. Details of this event will be circulated shortly.
