Notice for drivers travelling to London

Hi Blues

As I understand it, we’ve just tipped over the 10,000 ticket sold mark for this Saturday’s National League Promotion Final at Wembley; I know for one that my excitement has gone through the roof! For those who haven’t got yours yet, get in now, I’ve heard they’re selling in good numbers!

Since our last trip to Wembley in 2014, London has changed and the new Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) has been created for drivers of vehicles with high emission levels. This restriction affects large areas of London and enforces a charge for driving through them. There are still a lot of cars that are exempt but it is always worth checking your vehicle and the route you’re taking (Wembley does not fall in the ULEZ zone but a lot of the areas around it do).

You can check your vehicle with your registration here: https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/driving/check-your-vehicle/?intcmp=52335

And you can check your route here: https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/driving/ultra-low-emission-zone/ulez-where-and-when?intcmp=52227

I hope this helps and as always, the [email protected] is always open for questions.

For social media users, @LondonSpireites on Twitter will be posting more in the build up to the game and will always be open to answer London specific questions.

I hope we can come away Saturday in a new league and let’s back the boys all the way!
