Paul Cook has been nominated for the Sky Bet League Two Manager of the Month award for August.
The Spireites boss is on the shortlist after Chesterfield picked up 11 points from a possible 13 last month.
The other contenders for the award are Gillingham’s Gareth Ainsworth, Mat Sadler of Walsall and Bromley boss Andy Woodman.
The judging panel comprises of former Spireites manager Danny Wilson, Sky Sports’ EFL expert Don Goodman and Sky Bet EFL trader Ivor Davies.
The winner will be announced on Friday.
