There will be a general meeting of the football club at 3pm on October 20, 2023 at the SMH Group Stadium.
The meeting will be to approve a capital investment by Phil and Ashley Kirk.
This investment will mean the ownership of the football club continues to be with the Community Trust.
A further explanation will be issued shortly along with full details of the proposal.
