Dehydration is one of the main risks posed by a heatwave so you need to ensure that you drink enough water. Bottles of water are available on the concourses. Cooling ice creams will also be sold from ice cream vans.
Protection from the sun is also vitally important so please remember to apply sun screen and consider wearing a hat.
